Question: How do I place an order online?

Go to  Products, click on the product(s) you want and then click on "Add To Cart". Continue this process until you are ready to check out. You do not have to register when purchasing through our site but it will make it easier for future visits. After you complete your order on our web site, you will see a "Thank You" page which will provide an online order confirmation number. Answer: Triple Crown welcomes orders shipping to addresses in the United States, Canada, and territories of the United States.  We do not ship online orders to international, APO, FPO, or post office boxes at this time.

Question: What is a shopping cart?
Answer: The shopping cart system enables you to browse our online store much like you would any other store.  The shopping cart allows you to add and subtract items, and will also give you a subtotal of the cost of all the items in your cart.  It allows for a secure transaction to take place, meaning your private information is encrypted during communication with our web server.

Question: How much do you charge for shipping/handling?
Answer: The shipping and handling charge is calculated according to your order.  Shipping options are UPS Ground (default), UPS Three Day, UPS Second Day, and UPS Next Day.  Upon reviewing your order, you can choose your shipping option.  Select one and it will be automatically added to your order.

Question: Is my order subject to state sales tax?
Answer: Residents of states other than Texas will not be charged sales tax.

Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: Any product in original condition in original packaging that was purchased through triplecrowndogs.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.  Email us with your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for return.  We will reply with return instructions for returning the items.  Items must be received by Triple Crown before a refund or replacement is issued.  Your refund or exchange will be processed promptly and you will receive a refund to your credit card for the amount of purchase.  Original shipping cost is not refunded.  If you would like to make an exchange for another item, you must pay the difference if it is a greater amount, or the difference will be refunded to you if it is a lesser amount.

Boarding FAQ
Question: Should I bring my own dog food?
Answer: We are proud to feed and recommend Purina Pro Plan in our kennel.  Because Pro Plan is made with real chicken, real turkey, real lamb, and real beef, it offers dogs the highest nutritional quality to keep your dog happy and healthy.  If your dog us on a special diet, you may bring your own food.  We request you bring the food in a plastic container and only the amount your dog will consume during his stay at Triple Crown.  There is an additional $1 per day fee for this service.

Question: What vaccinations are required?
Answer: We require proof of annual vaccination for Rabies and DHLPP.  Bordetella (also known as canine cough) is recommended every six months and required once a year.

Question: How early should I make my reservation?
Answer: We are one of the largest boarding kennels in the US, however we book up months in advance of most major holidays.  It is recommended you make your reservation for these dates as early as possible.  Reservations for non-holiday times typically can be made just a few days in advance.

Question: Will my dog get exercised everyday?
Answer: All of our kennels are indoor with a doggy door that leads into your dog's personal outdoor area complete with deck and shade.  Additional services such as playtimes, beach club, massages, and tasty treat puzzles are available for the ultimate in canine pampering.  Our First Class, Platinum, and Luxury Boarding Services include exercise options.

Question: What should I bring with my dog?
Answer: Besides your dog's vaccination records, you are not required to bring anything additional.  We offer a full line of toys and treats in our Pro Shop.  Please label items you bring for your dog with his/her name and place it into a plastic bag.  We discourage outside bedding and blankets, however we do offer soft fleecy blankets free of charge.  We are not responsible for any items lost or destroyed.  We will do our best to see that all items are returned to you, although your dog may have different ideas.

Answer: Triple Crown uses a wide variety of techniques suited to each individual dog's needs and owners preferences.  There are many breeds of dogs and many different temperaments.  We treat each dog as an individual and recommend programs that best fits each dog and owner's needs.

Answer: This varies depending on what problems or goals you have with your dog.  With some types of training you can see results in a couple of days, while others may take several months.  Contact Triple Crown for your particular situation.

Question: What type of dog shows do you have at Triple Crown?
Answer: Triple Crown is proud to host numerous local, regional, and national dog events.  Events range from obedience to conformation, agility, flyball, hunt tests, lure course, schutzhund, ring sport, and more!

Question: Is there a fee to watch?
Answer: Most events are free to the general public.  Typically conferences and seminars are closed to the public if they have not registered ahead of time.

Question: Can I bring my own dog to watch the events with me?
Answer: Unless you are a competitor we recommend you do not bring your dog to watch the events.  Some organizations, such as the AKC, have ruls that only competing dogs are allowed in the show area.

Answer: Contact one of the Triple Crown trainers- they will be more than happy to get you started on the right path.  Be careful though- dog sports can be addictive!
